Kedgeree 7
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 4 hard cooked eggs, coarsely diced
- 1 Tablespoon of butter
- 1 medium onion, coarsely diced
- 1/4 pound smoked salmon, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 (9 ounce) package of frozen shoe peg white corn without sauce
- 1 (9 ounce) package of frozen cut green beans
- 1 (8 ounce) carton of sour cream
Directions
Cook the onions in the butter in a large skillet
or frying pan over low to
medium heat until transparent.
Increase heat to medium high.
Add rice, lox, hard cooked eggs and vegetables.
Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
